Finally some news. I am a little confused however. I thought that the patent related to the refining process was already in place. From what I read from the company's info packet (1 1/2 years ago) they bought the patent (or the rights to use it) from the Army Corp of Engineers. This patent was to reduce the extraction costs by up to 50%. Now they are saying that they don't have a patent in place? What gives?

Optimistically, maybe they refined the process and have made it even better ! (?)

Any thoughts?
