Most trade unions have a solid training and apprentice program. When an employer needs a worker, hiring union means hiring skilled workers that can get the job done.

That does not mean that every company and every job should be union. When the job is bigger and there is more on the line, most contractors go union.

You can get your house or business wired by scab electricians. But having your house or business wired by an IBEW worker means you'll have it done right...the first time.
