The PPS range on this stock over the last several months would seem to indicate that your risk, up or down, is reasonably limited. I would strongly suggest that you dig deeply into the technology and the company before 'loading up'; unless you have a cousin who works there that knows something. Don't stop until you're speaking with the COO and some of the design engineers and see where they're going with all this. Most importantly, who their more dependable customers will be.

NASA and JPL info on fuel cells developments should keep you up for several nights, as well. Fuel cells have very specific 'good and practical uses'. Without massive infusions of FED money I certainly don't see the "..Fuel Cell Power Plants.." and other non-mobile and/or non-emergency applications (aka: "..flights of fancy..") becoming a reality anytime soon due to the obvious costs. A mega-sized or micro-sized alcohol-to, biofuel-to, NatGas-to or LNG/Propane-to-steam engine/turbine-generator or typical gasoline/diesel/NatGas combustion-type machines are just too available 'off-the-shelf' or by a fairly rapid custom design/construction response for the el-Biggo units.

I.e.: Are you going to buy an expensive fuel cell for your house, or a 2000Watt to 5kW+/- Honda generator and a surplus 5 gallon Gerry Can you can keep in your lawn equipment storage building..?!? The whole Oil-&-Gas industry and numerous forms of power generation industries (..including wind..) are all stacked up against fuel cells. You might do well to investigate USSE, IESV and the BioDiesel companies if you really want lots of energy from much more reasonable sources.

JMHO, of course. A DOE or DOD contract for VSPC's fuel cells could change the whole picture - but that's probably what it will take. They are being used for large cell and telephone switch stations and some big banks' computer back-up these days. But, I think that's IT Yuppie-driven, while the Caterpillar or Onan generator salesman was away on vacation.

John :-)

ps: No position.
