My experience with the Laborers has always been good. Teamsters is a union that I don't have any experience with. They are huge. Do they have training and proficiency levels? I'm pro union because when it's done right it's good for communities. Doesn't alway mean that they are 100% good in every case. It's up to members to make and keep the union strong.
