I think you mean UUL.V, not UUC.V. I am not familiar with Silver Spruce (other than their JV with UUL.V in the CMB), but it looks like SSE is focused on CMB and NFLD, whereas with UUL you also get Lisbon Valley, Colorado and Arizona properties. I'm trying to own them all, but have run out of cash!
