Minorities are self created problem. They tend to stick to old ways of doing things. This only works against themselves. Minorities praise the past instead of looking to their future. I come form a place that there are lots of minorities. But no one of them got stuck into the past. Only the Japanese and the Germans (due to WW II) took time to assimilate and even that was imposed on them not by their choice. Today we have hard working black people, lazy Japanese. Desorganzied Germans, pontual mulatoes... Everything for all tastes. No one is looking behind to their origins. Thier origins are only trouble. Why long for trouble?
