Here is what one site says about labradoodles and shedding

If shedding is a major concern for you, a multigen or
F1B Labradoodle or Goldendoodle is the best choice
for you. Some of the dogs in these generations do
shed a little, and a very rare one will shed more than
that. As hybrids, there is always a chance a dog will be
a 'throwback' in a trait like shedding. However, the
chances are very, very high that a multigen or F1B will
be low to non-shedding, something that cannot be said
of the F1 generation.
