ARU.V Kaiser says Aurelian helps dispel Bre-X psychology

2006-11-16 17:38 ET - In the News

John Kaiser, writing in an Oct. 10, 2006, Bottom Fish Action says Aurelian Cinderella is jabbing at the "Wall of Doubt," referring to high-flying Aurelian Resources Inc. ($26.30). Mr. Kaiser is not recommending the stock and has not done so previously. He commented on its good fortune in July, 2006, saying Aurelian Resources Ltd. (then $21.49), walked onto the stage with a gold discovery at its Frutta del Norte project in Ecuador. He hopes its buzz will continue to chip away at the post-Bre-X Minerals Ltd. psychology and hopes Aurelian is swallowed by a major producer in the $40-$60 range. In the current issue, Mr. Kaiser says Aurelian has produced better results than Bre-X's fake ones. Aurelian has not created a similar stir. One reason is the stock's rise from 60 cents to $30 -- a $1-billion implied project value -- over only five months has been too rapid. Not enough people had a chance to think about buying, make the purchase and end mightily pleased with their smart move. Then there is the usual Third World political risk but with the added risk of a border dispute with Peru. He says if history repeats, Aurelian may drill into a new zone which scales the story bigger, and an area play results.
