Did you happen to see any books on how to make money in real estate? Speaking of which...Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki are rolling into town here next week to participate in a Real Estate and Wealth-Building Expo. I noticed a couple of weeks ago that they slashed the admission price substantially. The real estate conference, like real estate itself, appears to be under some pressure here. I imagine that Kiyosaki's message will be "buy gold and silver" as he has been urging investors to do for some time now.
