Explain to me what will be the outcome of staying the course. What is the mission? How long will it take to accomplish? How many troops will be needed? How many casualties and wounded are expected? What are the conditions for victory? Who will be the victors? The Sunni? The Shia? The Kurds? This is just one corner of the Powell Doctrine. Can you answer these questions truthfully? We know now that the war will not be paid for by the oil as Wolfowitz lied.
