If the Quebec separatists ever get their way, it will probably be a boon for the Maritimes and Ontario as Canadians flee the madness. Perhaps that is what they want. All english speaking folks to leave and francophones to stay. They will suffocate themselves with their own madness. The world is too small for isolationism now, and getting smaller every day. Even France is a member of the EU. Quebec is far better off being a part of Canada. Ironically they will promote their culture more effectively by being a part of Canada than they could on their own. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.
