<You're babbling like an ashamed idiot. Of course you DID say he was compelled.>

Dude, I just said that in the last post! Did I seem 'ashamed' to you? Most likely your projection onto the situation.

Why do you go on when you haven't even figured out why I use the word???

<It doesn't matter whether or not one agrees with the President's decision to enter Iraq, you can be sure it took place over months of consultation and consideration and that it WAS a CHOICE..>

Nobody said it wasn't. Please re-read.

<So stop playing the idiot.>

Coming from you, that's most likely a compliment. :)

<The entire point of believing in the world, loving other people, and owning judgments and behaviors is to know that attachment is a choice for mature people and that when we accuse people of compulsions we are meaning to dismiss their maturity or their mental health.>

You seem to think everyone is the same... have the same issues, same level of emotional maturity, etc etc etc... I do not. AND, I think it's fine to discuss such.

We differ in opinion is all... IMO maturity is being able to accept that.
