Terry,
Caliente is Dan Lawrence. He's posted under Caliente in the past as well as under Dan L.
Some extra little tidbits on Struthers/Wincom: "Fidelity Merchant Capital" is O'Keefe's latest venture, and is basically what Winco has become since it more or less separated itself from Wincom. They still share offices. Not exactly sure what they do.
The RTT and HPOS deals that were announced last year to hype the stock to get suckers like us into it (see previous posts for more detail) are essentially dissolved. I talked to HPOS owner Tom Hughes today and said that he no longer has a deal with Wincom. You guys may want to consider moving your money out of SIIS and in to BETT (Betting Inc, owned by HPOS). Has potential, and the executives return your calls. As far as I know, the previously announced Ameritech tests and just about every other positive announcement made by the company over the last year or two to boost the stock have not actually happened, or got started and just dissolved away.
I feel betrayed, as many of you do. I bought the stock based on all the potential I saw, assuming the deals they were announcing were true. Funny how they never announced that any of the deals and tests they promoted fell through. Class action suits have been built on lesser cases than this. I have everything documented, and will not hesitate to pursue a remedy if the company does not take "serious and substantive" action to let us know what is going on. I think two weeks is plenty of time for a response. What do you guys think?
