What??? An Arab Guru like you? LOL.
So the regulars in our armed forces didn't have any plan for the post-invasion occupation? We didn't have reams of detailed plans for the power plants, hospitals, museums, infrastructure?
I've read otherwise. General Zimmi(?) was just the tip of the iceberg. All those plans were trashed by Rummy & his Neocons, and Plan B, guaranteed failure was followed. This was a deliberate act of treason.
But I guess in your State of Denial one can pick & choose one's truths at will, without consequences.
