Val & Ralph,

Ralph thought your last mail was good, my only point fellas is this, why accept the "wait and see attitude" when a company like Unisys (8-10 billion in sales) was trading at about what HERC was (a year ago). Don't be so willing to accept sub-par performance.

I have been talking with Calgon as well - my first read (and I want to do more research) is luke-warm with lots of developing and optimizing ahead.
