Every DAY we spend in Iraq we could have built another "bridge to nowhere" right here in the good ol' USA, and at least we'd have a stupid bridge to show for it!

You can justify all sorts of spending thanks to Bush's "Iraq metric". We could have just not done Iraq, and had Bush send us all a check for $5000.00. We'd have had to pay that back in taxes, with interest, but who's counting? Deficits don't matter!
