TO ALL....,

I'd like to know what others think is the prevailing sentiment in the market towards IOMG. Is it optimistic, pesimistic, neutral? John Templeton says we should buy at the point of "maximum pessimism" because that is when the price will have reached bottom. Are we there yet?
