Don't kid yourself. Buffet does indeed take advantage of every single tax break and shelter offered to him. Berkshire-Hathaway is supposed to, if they want to make the most out of their clients' money. And I'm sure he does to, even if he just leaves it to the people he hired to manage his own wealth.
