Not really enough information to tell where to cut, or how much. There are some departments, like Border Patrol, that probably need an increase. Another would be the part of the DoJ that is investigating crooked Congress critters, they must be overloaded. Certainly, there are others, like Homeland Security, that could use some trimming. Especially the part that does those color coded alerts, I don't think they would be missed.
