I just got this info from a reliable source. "Gilford has filed an amendment but it has not been picked up by the agencies as yet. This is not an insider sale - it is a removel of restriction - Document Management has not (to the best of managements knowledge) sold those shares - except about 60,000. Also, Data General sales of EB includes about 2000 licenses delivery in the third quarter. It will be announced in the Conference call." Sorry, I can not reveal my source on this one, but I would not have posted it if I did not know it to be true. Joe
