As many already know I use alot of technical analysis when choosing stocks and entry/exits in or out of them. That said, however, I also pay attention to how a stock reacts to news. For instance, for quite some time now ASND has not been able to rally on good news which I have considered a REAL negative. Conversely when a stock does NOT go down on BAD news, I consider that a positive. (even more a positive if the stock goes UP on bad news.<G>) Todays action in ASND is encouraging. Ascend has acted pretty well today (so far) even after all the bad news of the weekend(Barron's, Unkie Mory skipping the Monty conf.) The day ain't over yet, but if this holds up it makes a good case that perhaps we have hammered out a bottom.
