Found a couple interesting threads over on IHUB that you might want to read (below)...on possible AF's being released, and someone POSSIBLY contacting an insider (I don't know if this is reliable)...as well as one on someone organizing to demand the financials (again, I'm not sure that is real, but information just the same)...see below:

Asked that question and she just told me its all in the lawyers hands and she is waiting, relaying anything she hears...so she has not heard anything about releasing a PR today.

Talked to Leslie again.Probably nothing too new or exciting, but figure I will share my conversation with her.Waiting for lawyers to get back to her with more info, they will soon be adding 2 new lines for shareholders to call and I'm assuming new people to relay any info. She sounded like something may be coming out today,but could not confirm, so she said to call back in about an hour because she would probably hear from them by then.Stated again that the audits were done, but does not know why they have not been released yet. They are definitely doing work in the ME, 2 people are over there right now, supposedly signing another contract. She understands this part of the business has been hard for people to verify, and sounded like they will try to confirm the ME work with us soon. Said she is on BOD and has nothing to hide, would not risk herself or her family. Petar's father was receiving death threats at his home, and had a heart attack last night...is now in a hospital in Toronto.They have moved forward with legal action against the WS. Very busy with that, and trying to get everything else together...so its taking some time. But reassured over and over that things are legitimate, and we should have some answers soon.Thats about it...imo she sounded genuine and was comforting to hear her thoughts and concerns, but they are only words at this point, so take them for what they are worth.

SLJB is getting everything in order. Financials this week. They are also getting ready to jump from PK to OB. I also contacted the Windsor Star. They had no comment! A news paper with NO COMMENT, sounds like to me someone screwed up at the Windsor Star. Everyone who got back in at this low PPS can consider it luck. Everyone who leaves, more power to you in the long run. Construction by the way is a win - win situation, especially in the United States. Building materials are always in desperate need whether your working on your house or a 20 story building. Who knows, maybe they will have something to do with the old Twin Towers construction site. Patience here is priceless.

Leslie called back about 10 minutes later.I don't think there is much new I can add, but just more reassurance is the best way I can sum our conversation up.She hopes to have the number for shareholders to call very soon. She said she was promised this on Friday...that they would have a number posted, either in a PR or for her to relay to whoever calls. As of 10am today, it was not set up yet. She believes it will be a lawyer or lawyers answering the phone to answer any questions.3 or 4 lawyers are still working on everything, trying to get things in order, and update us as soon as they can. No definitive answer if the AF's will be released, but she stated again she knows they were done, and its probably up to the lawyers to release them now, they have everything in their possesion.I explained the main upset was the promises that were made to release the financials, with the "date certain" PR and all...and was never followed through. She did understand that and stated that was a very big mistake, making dates they couldnt keep. Reiterated again, that she, Petar nor anyone for that matter, is not running, they have done nothing wrong and have nothing to hide. She hopes to be able to get back to her job soon.She apologized for not getting back to me sooner...which I can totally understand. Tomorrow she is out in the morning and will be back in the office after 11am....I can call her then. If she hears anything between now and then, she has my number and said she would call.Not much more like I said...but thats pretty much all she has to offer at this time. In my own opinion, I feel we will see things more clear soon, and in more or less a positive way. Hang in there... |
