Guess I was getting hung up on the choice of wording (strangle). Don't you think this is more like doing a covered call and then selling a put on the side, a-la-cart?

one thing tho:

It gets put to you but at original strike price, not such a great deal... you sold put remember. Selling puts is a bull strategy.
