Condi Rice finished #4 in your poll and she may be indicted for misleading the American public and gross dereliction of duty. She certainly is guilty of those crimes. She is at least guilty of resignation in disgrace. And forget her sex and color of her skin, that's irrelevant. She is a liar and a failure.

It's amazing when someone who tells the truth is less popular than those who outright lie and cost the US hundreds of billions of dollars and thousands of US lives.

This will change hopefully.
