Leo, Excellent points. I guess you could call this "checkmate." You've honed in on the fact that Dr. Cowpland is not the guy to implement the turnaround, but he won't agree with that conclusion.

So without someone with a bigger stick than we, like Novell, the message cannot get through and we are in for more fun. Maybe the message needs to get to Novell.
