Precisely. Or, at least, it should be obvious. Apparently it isn't. In many ways this discussion is similar to the one on evolution. While the bulk of scientific consensus is on the "pro" side, there is a great deal of discussion on the details. The "anti" side takes the fact there is a discussion, takes parts of those discussion out of context, and presents the meme that the scientists can't agree so their "anti" viewpoint should be taken on the same footing.
