Proposed amendment for Presidential Recall

To recall a sitting President, each state votes, either in their state legislature or by public ballot, whether a recall election is to be called or not. Once the vote is finalized, it cannot be rescinded as long as it resulted from a legal election. If a two thirds majority of the states vote in the affirmative, a recall election via public ballot is to be scheduled no later than 3 months after the two thirds majority is reached. If a simple majority affirms the President is to be recalled, the President is then removed from office. A similar procedure is authorized for the Vice President and those elections can be held concurrent with the Presidential elections.
