Derek, Tito & Others: I looked at IBM announcements. It is a great news. It is proven in the lab. You can do six metal layers processing with this. But the fact is that currently fab has been facing many problems with 4ml process. Only very few fabs like TSMC are attempting to do 5ml process and that too they are loosing a lot of money on such jobs. They mainly try to attempt 5ml process just to develop their technical competency. It will take a while to bring this cu technology to reality. My two cents Regards Kumar
