No I was instructed to pay off mortgages on his properties and a loan of $25,000.00, take my fees and give him the balance. Bear in mind that the funds were on deposit in the account of the Payee (same bank as me) and I gave him a cheque for $62,000 after the bank verified the funds. It was after that the cheque was reversed and actually I was made the fall guy for a bank mistake. All in all I was $100,000 short and my errors and omissions paid a little over $40,000 on the two mortgages that payment was stopped on. The monies PV received were gone too quickly to be stopped!

That's it for my posts today! So I will answer back tomorrow if anyone else posts about this!
