Where is container review in our ports? You can not expect such sweeping changes to be made overnight. Where is the implementation of the 9/11 Commission recommendations? Most of them have been implemented except for those which are impractical and prohibitively expensive and/or technologically impossible. Where is true border security? I have to agree that the Bush Admin. has failed on thisd aspect. I do not agree with Bush's immigration policy in any way...frankly, I think it is insane.
