Oh, Elroy, you are sooooooooo smart....How often has a long-term investment in decent real estate resulted in a decline in the owner's value proposition? We have a couple hundred years of U.S. history to prove you wrong. Now, if in your brilliance, you are referring to people who buy and then sell in a short period of time.........Those folks can even lose money in a red-hot market! I know you know this....you're just baiting, as usual, and sounding a little ridiculous in doing so.
