Gator, I'm glad your doing the homework and taking notes. I too bought on potential but never considered the absence of communication. The statement "I didn't tell them to buy the stock" is irresponsible and it's not the issue! The issue is not knowing what's going on so that we can manage our investment and make informed decisions. Things change and as investors we should be kept informed. Even the SEC has let us down. Isn't there some requirement to publicly inform investors that annual and quarterly reports are no longer required? What about the 1996 annual report and the first quarter '97 Q that were both extended? Does that requirement secretly go away? Gator, I'm with you; include me in. Thanks for your efforts, Phil
