You're focussing on the exceptions again... of course, those who have high incomes pay taxes, I know I do... unless you have all your money in tax free fixed income securities, then you would pay no taxes... I agree with you about the lunacy in the public classrooms, but what's wrong with the parents of those kids? Where are they and why don't they care about how their kids act in school? We are ultimately responsible for ourselves, and we must always face the consequences of our actions and inactions... the parents of those kids don't care, they think school is just a place to dump their kids all day... GZ
