Thought I would post this over here. On the "other" board, there are some posts (and I paraphrase) from someone who claims to be an attorney who had to resign from the bar, rather than be disbarred. This poster seems to claim that Petar V is the cause and there seems to be various allegations of fraud or criminality. It's tough to read and this is merely my opinion of the posts. I hope the poster clarifies what I think is a very poorly written "story" so far. In any event, the "regulars" on the board tried to get the "former lawyer" to claim that Petar altered the check or something like that, which would lead a reader to think there was fraud or criminality or the like. After several posts to and fro, from "former lawyer" to regular thread denizens and back, I posted the following questions in an attempt to get some clarity and detail (see next post.)
