Slider will probably, in his inimitable way, predict his gold "smack down" theme predicated on the nefarious actions of world central banks and their bullion bank allies who always find ways to trap unsuspecting gold bug longs. But, this time around, the central banks will have to deal with currency movements, specifically the renewed dollar weakness. It's one thing to target Gold, but quite another to stem, much less reverse, currency trends in motion where, literally trillions change hands. And therein lies the fissure in the prosaic anti gold argument.
