re clocks,

I read (chipguy, IHub) that a reliable indicator of how good the design and process for AMD's (Or anyone's) 65 nm chips is how well they overclock. That info will likely be published within a day or two of when the chips are available to reviewers. Is that the right measure to judge by ?
