SCMR - $3.20 a share in cash, no debt, earned 9 cents this year so far. What's the deal here? Just no real interest in a broken bubble stock? Anyone think its a reasonable buy and wait speculation? Good deal of insider and additional institutional holders. Insiders not selling spit. Seems to take a freight train to move it. Could that change or could a freight train arrive? All questions, no answers. ROAC - Sells close to tangible book. Income not great - lost a penny last qtr. but improvements at least last qtr. due to restructure effort. 8 cent gain to be booked next qtr. Q. Wouldn't expect it to be a real mover, but seems cheap with not alot of downside. Anyone own it or more familiar with what's going on?
