This, and a myriad of other legal schemes happen all the time, and don't say they don't. I know they do.
Of course they do, but again you're pointing at abuses within the system... a company car is only supposed to be used for company business, if the person abuses that privilege, then he's over the line, just like anyone who receives public assistance abuses the system and defrauds the government... there are excesses and exceptions all across the board... now, your example of a CEO, let's take my own company, I'm the CEO, but I personally pay my taxes, the company does have legitimate overhead expenses, most of which goes to employee salaries... the very fact that these employees are employed gives back to the economy in productivity and keeps the dollar moving through their spending and taxes... yes, we all pay taxes, don't think anyone can get away with not paying tax for very long...
