Would that apply to 90 nm chips made at fab 30 ? Is current fab 30 equipment capable of making 65 nm transistors ?

Or does your statement imly that 90 nm chips made at fab 36 are of a different design from same model chip made in fab 30 ?

I had assumed fab 30 equipment cannot operate at 65 nm.
