LOL...I'm sure everyone understands what you just said, fully and completely. Like I said, real estate is a full-time job opportunity bank for lawyers and accountants. You must be one or the other.....or both. Amazing that you came up with all that, when a specific property and a hypothetical financial situation wasn't even mentioned! Whew! <<gg>>
