If there is a victor. And according to the article I posted there may not be one. If the road takes that turn, then who knows? Anyone driving the car, imo, should have foreseen the possibility of civil war, and should have known it was likely. I read that innumerable times, and believed it to be a large possibility myself, before the war started. Stupidity is no excuse when it comes to causing accidents. IMO. That doesn't solve the problems of what to do now, but I think accountability for really big mistakes is important. so far I haven't seen any.
