Where does one go for a substantive conversation about a particular stock?

All the stock boards I know about crumble to the least common denominator... yahoo, raging bull, ihub.

Isn't this a market opportunity? Surely there must be some way to have actively but impartially moderated boards such that quality posts and civilized behavior prevail.

For example, I'd like to read thoughts on SCT today. On SI you have to look at 7 different threads to pick up any discussion.

How about having officially sanctioned monitors - people who have a long history could be nominated and voted upon to make up a committee who do the sanctioning.... as an example.
