Allan,

VLNC is now trading above its Oct-Nov. Hs & seems that could test its Sep.6 H at 2.25. <g>

It has been slowly trimming its losses in the last 4Qs & revenues (except for the Jun.Q) have also shown sequential improvement.

It seems that the pending 4thQ should show good comparison with 2005, although the results should still be on the red.<g>

The insiders haven't done any further buying since Jul.& Aug., but Berg still holds a good % <g>

I won't be surprised if the stock manages to test its resistance at the March-April Hs at the 2.85 level & if it can do that it could get to the 4.50 level.

The news about their deal with EnergyCS to have the Sacramento people test Valence U-Charge plug-in will help it on the hybrid car field & the problems with Sony's L-I batteries should also help it in the lap-top market, albeit it will face some competition from ALTI & MMM <g>

It won't be able to compete with Infinite Power Solutions Inc.,on their field, but those batteries are still sometime in the future in spite of some help from the CIA's In-Q-Tel.

VLNC's LTC remains "interesting".<g>
