Gator,

As I remember it, Winco is a primary holder of Wincom and Struthers stock. I'm speculating that if the Wincom deal were to not go well, Winco could be dumping the stock while us loyal foolish shareholders continue to hold on.

How can we find out who is dumping the stock?

Gator, thanks for doing the homework.

BTW -- anybody remember Robert M. Wussler from CBS Sports? It was names like his that got me into this investment in the first place. I don't believe he's involved anymore with this deal, but Dan Lawrence is touting another company called MDIH on this forum, and mentions that Robert M. Wussler is involved with MDIH.

When I see Dan working hard on other companies I get fairly mad. I understand that Dan has to feed his family, but I valued his word that this was a good investment, he was commited to getting it done, and as a Director he was accountable. I cannot accept Dan always saying "They don't tell me anything" as an answer. If Robert M. Wussler defected from Wincom, Dan knows it, and should not continue to lead us on, if this is a bad investment.
