I like your style of direct assertions. I would love to get a message like that from someone at the company who would also be responsible for those words... ...also, I would love to see them live up to their Mission Statement as follows: "Our goal is to become an ... implicitly trusted ... and reliable source of information to our clients and contractors...." "Complete customer satisfaction is the ONLY acceptable result of doing business with SLJB." "We will utilize every available resource to ensure a relentless pursuit and inevitable attainment of this objective." ... if their are any insiders Tuning in here,....I think you should be ashamed of yourselves because of the doubt, confusion, and mistrust you are fostering, and the negative press that is being generating by your failure to communicate relevant information to share holders. We are your SLJB clients too, and we are not satisfied.
