Scotland suffers more from H2O emissions then any other country. There outbreaks of depression due to excess moisture in the atmosphere. The Americans don't know half of it... sfgate.com I think the UN and EEC should provide loans and financial compensation from the more affluent countries to counter this terrible effect from so much rain. -g-
