Dan, Dr. Hirschman had to be well aware of the FDA problems when he took over ADVR, but even more than that he, most probably, has well prepared himself for the challenge to satisfy FDA requirements. Dr. Hirschman is a SUPERSTAR. He has all the necessary human virtues, e.g., hard working, patients, sound research approaches and habits, knowledge of the scientific and financial problems facing the company and total awareness of his surroundings and the needs and desires of his associates along with the shareholders that have put their faith in him.
In addition, I feel that Dr. Hirschman recognizes that the hand of God played an integral part in the development of Reticulose because he has publicly acknowledged that Dr. LaPenta [inventor] in the 1930s did not have the technology nor the scientific tools to determine what Reticulose is and how it works.
Because of Dr. Hirschman's outstanding character along with the recognition of his conspicuous accomplishments, it is my opinion that the powers-to-be at the FDA had better approve the use of Reticulose soon or get out of the way. The persistence and dedication that is imbedded in Dr. Hirschman will be more than enough to lambaste the FDA if they continue to delay approval.
If Dr. Hirschman finds it necessary to begin to play hardball with the FDA and does so with the passion and enthusiasm he demonstrates in his personal life and his work, he will raise such havoc for the FDA that only God knows what will happen. Keep in mind that we are talking possible CANCER cure. Since something like 1-in-4 of us can be inflicted with CANCER, everyone in this country well be very interested in any FDA confrontation. After the public is made well aware of what Reticulose means to the treatment of CANCER, what sort of leg will the FDA have to stand on for not approving Reticulose?
The irony here is that the FDA must have realized, for greater than 1-year now, all that I post here regarding Dr. Hirschman's character and his scientific findings. They must know the worth of Reticulose in treating VIRUS infection and CANCER but they seem to be continuing their 1962 decision to suppress the use of Reticulose. It is my opinion that they are continuing to DEMONSTRATE IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR < to say the least because Reticulose can reduce human suffering and save human lives. If the FDA continues to suppress Reticulose the level of their deportment will be automatically elevated to incompetent or even unscrupulous behavior.
