I agree - but it's not the whole story.

Yesterday, there was a series of posts by someone claiming to be a former lawyer, who posted about Petar about a case not involving SLJB, claiming he had in essence caused her to resign from the Bar as an attorney.

Take a look at my posts from yesterday on here and the other board. I asked that poster a series of questions.

Result - no answers. The usual denizens tried to make it look like there were altered check or checks involved. Instead, it looks like IMO that the former attorney breached her fiduciary duties as a closing attorney.

So, that didn't work.

Today a new scam claim. The Windsor newspaper publishes a story about Dennis owing about a million bucks on a mortgage. Now, we don't know if there was equity to reduce that claim, whether there are defenses. We also don't know if the documents between SLJB and Dennis provide for reimbursement for this type of claim.

The other board inhabitants throw around words such as fraud, criminality and alteration of checks, without any evidence whatsoever. They talk about the FBI to scare people, but the FBI doesn't handle mortgage debts. And there is no evidence that the current entity will be responsible for a judgment anywhere near that 988,000 figure mentioned in the article, when things are finalized.

Why?

Again, as I post over and over, that does not excuse the company for failure to provide us with the AF's as promised. But, keep everything in perspective and keep your eyes open. Make your own decisions.
