'Right now it seems to me he is thriving in the very system he mocks - pathetic' So true. And what is most amazing is the track record sucks too.. I'm sure you as well as I are aware of a ton of real estate investors and small biz entrepreneur's with little more than a high school education that have had incredible returns and growth in their wealth starting from nothing that would make these 'ivory tower' types who make their living via middleman fees shudder..
