Outstanding yields have no meaning if not quantified. What % yield do YOU consider to be outstanding for 65nm CWM?

Since it's so important to you, and he won't commit, I'll give you an answer.

For a 143mm2 die I would consider anything above 70% to be excellent yields. I'm not saying that's what Intel gets but that answers your question.

So a question for you. What would you consider excellent yields and what do you think Intel actually gets?
